There has been a problem here at CUC which seems to be growing lately: Posting articles from other sites. Please be aware that this is illegal.

If you would like to provide a link to an article, with a *short* bit of introductory text, that is considered "fair use" and does not violate copyright. Fair Use also includes quoting short bits of an article in order to make a longer comment about the quoted portion or complete article.

But, unless explicitly stated by the copyright holder, there is NO way redistributing complete articles is the least bit legal. Doing so can get both of us in trouble.

Any future posts which do not follow these guidelines will be edited at will of the moderators, to keep in line with legal requirements.
