Okay. I know I have a couple of contributors from this group. So, I hope to not offend them.

I have already sent out the first issues of my "What's Up Turkeybutt?" newsletter to my contributors and family members that I knew would want it. I am hoping that word gets around, or they are shared, and I can either get some subscriptions or more contributors.

I started a yahoo group as an extension so ppl can look at the issue indexes and preview the upcoming newsletter. I thought that might help get the word out as well, and give ppl an idea of what is included in the subscriptions. I want some of my journey to be an inspiration (if God sees fit), and other ppl's stories as well. I also hope to reach young mothers that aren't really online. So, for that, I am praying.

I printed out the last 10 of the first issue that I can affford to do right now. I am unsure how much my ink cartridge will continue on. I have homes for 6 of them, which gives me 4 newsletters to give away as gifts. This really is a ministry, so as long as the Lord provides, I want to keep it that way.

I wanted to give these four to mothers of smaller families, or past victims of child abuse, or just someone who likes to read and would appreciate it. The first four will get a copy as soon as I have addresses (hoping to mail out on Monday or Tuesday), and others can be put on a list for an August issue, if my ink holds out and I have the money for postage. The next issue will be October.

This isn't a solicitation. I do have order forms in the packets, but there is no obligation. They could pass the newsletter on to another person after reading, and they may want the order form. Or the receivers can decide to contribute a birth story, blog entry, etc to get more free issues.

Oh, and this offer is ONLY for CUC members here. I do not plan to offer free copies to just strangers on the internet, just CUC friends. There is a UC story and a child loss story in there, 2 contributors from the group like I said. Kymberli
