Hi all, Been getting the baby bug somewhat. I probably will conceive in the next months. Ten month old still loves his nursing but almost equally loving foods. Just wondered if anyone wanted to chat about what they do to help prepare their body.

I didn't do so well with weight loss and exercise this last post partum ( though well during the pregnancy)
I am finally shedding pounds probably down to 165? Usually when I am around 150 I conceive again.
Been walking gardening and cutting the grass. I have to do a full clean of the house this week and that will be WORK!
Anyway, I have been taking pregnancy tests about once a month having had a period in June and spotting a few other times.
I have lots of wonderful supplements and am trying to remember them as often as possible.
I like t tap and oxycise but again not consistent.

What are your top 4 tips.

P.S. I had two miscarriages between last two births.

.... lost 75 lbs last year.
And the last 2 months I have been taking B6 which was to lengthen my luteal phase but it is also supposed to help with nausea.
I had noticed that over a few days to a week my weight went up about 3-4 lbs. I couldn't figure out what was going on and was stressing that the weight that I had lost had found me again. I did have it cross my mind that maybe I was pg but then it was gone just as fast. Finding out Monday I am pg answered the little bit of weight gain for me. I think it may come back off again in the next few months also once the m/s hits and I am not eating as much..

Also I went back on Chlorella last month. It helps with iron and so many other good things! :)

for now, i suggest exercise. start before you are expecting, so it's not a strain to your body during pgcy. i tell you i've felt better this pgcy than ever before...i really believe it's the exercise!

I just bought some chlorella! I eat veggies and dark greens but its hard to keep any in the house with the kids munching everything!

I don't know why I have to will myself to do an exercise routine I love physical 'work.'Thanks for the encouragement!

Oh i read somewhere recently that exercise through preg will give you a bigger healthier placenta thus a healthy baby.

Hi There!
Saw this awhile back and just now had a minute to share.

We are doing all the expected things:
Eating well ( I am a plant based nutrition instructor)
Trying to be active (exercise)
Taking supplements. I have DH on Vit. C and Pine Bark ( and a multiple also) to help with his situation. I am talking a whole food prenatal.
Amazing how educated you get when you ask the Lord for wisdom Posted Image

But the really exciting preparation we are doing is working on things (By God's grace) that need to be changed. Better schedules, Family worship more regularly, and breaking little habits that we would not want to pass on.
And of course seeking the Lord's blessing according to His will on the whole matter.

We have renewed excitement and anticipation, so hopefully it will be our turn soon!

Hmm top 4 would be
#1 EXERCISE!! Can't express that any more. You can't start a routine while pregnant so start one before/if the LORD blesses you again
#2 Start taking a GREAT prenatal (I take something called green vibrance)
#3 Start drinking pregnancy tea (I drink the one from Birth Junkie.com)
#4 Start eating healthy (whole foods, veggies and fruits and healthy proteins) so that when you are pregnant you won't have a drastic change.

I started to ride bike and changed my foods to whole foods(brown rice, whole grain, whole wheat) I also drink a pregnancy tea and take green vibrance...You just never know. I am so happy with 4 and feel very content. I really don't miss being pregnant but I do like the birth part... But if the LORD was to bless us again at least my body will be ready. Except it is hard to cut out coffee.
