I was discussing a cleanse on the Pre-conception/TTC board under "Anyone here actively TTC?"
I thought the concluding topic fit better over here.

I thought I would share results so far. I began the Shutdown Cleanse after my cycle ended at the end of December. Then starting in Jan. we did two-weeks of intesive cleansing. My January cycle was so nice. When my period came, I did have some cramps, but nothing that required anything for the normally horrid pain. That was so nice to not have my life put on hold for 3-4 days because of debilitating pain.

On other notes of health. We found out that the place we are staying in has a high radon level. The Lord really does know best. This would not be a good environment for Mama or Baby. So we continue the cleansing/health building program and figure out how to deal with the radon.

Hope all you ladies are doing well. I will visit more when I have some more spare time.
