I just received an email, and suspect you may have too. It told me:

The solution offered, of course, is to click on the link provided. Except I'm "the Administration" and I've not received any complaints about myself, let alone taken action against myself.

In case anyone else has also received this notice, please know that though it does appear valid with the sender's email address being "@christianuc.com", that it is a fake email and not sent from or through anyone associated with the site. Your account is safe, do not click on the link!
