All of them got them WITHOUT me needing to get a BC, albeit the staff are quite concerned that the kids don't have them. Bless their hearts... LOL Even the UC child got one by us submitting a cert. of dedication for proof of age. now when i go back there for Levi's I'm sure they'lll roll their eyes b/c I don't have a BC for him LOL
