I have terrible baby fever!
I can barely get focused on anything else. Which is really bad because our life is very full right at the moment.
With all of the cleansing/building/recovering we have been doing since Jan. of this year; it is finally time to really ttc. I can hardly wait for this next cycle!
We have been out of the radon for a bit and feeling better. I still go back there once each week for a little time to pack things up. We were just switching out stuff and doing some cooking before, but now I get to pack. A very special couple from church brought their 5th wheel out to our property for us. While we like camping in a tent, having the trailer has been a wonderful blessing. God is so good! Now I have somewhere to put our stuff :) .
My DH's work has been going well and we should be able to start building this fall :D .
Building a house and building a baby at the same time sounds good to us. Yes, it sounds like work too, but still good.

Is that why you moved to the tent? because of radon? is there any compensation? insurance or gov't?
Yes, we moved back to our property in a tent because of the radon. I had gotten so sensitive to it that I was passing out. It killed our bird and our rabbit. I also have some lung issues, but praise the Lord, I have begun recovering since being in the great outdoors. We did not want to spend money on an apartment since we are trying to save for building this fall. Sometimes you wonder about your decisions, but we have peace on this.
As far as compensation, no there is nothing. We were staying in someones garage to house sit their property. They have paid all of our utilities (for nearly three years) in exchange for watching the place. They had no idea there was radon in the garage. They are dear Christian friends and they feel sick about the whole thing, but really none of us knew, so they could not have done anything differently.
Many reasons exist as to why there would not be any help or even recognition about it from insurance or government programs. It is okay though, because the scriptures tell us that the Lord will repay what the locusts have eaten. We have been educating many about the dangers of radon and I suppose that is why the Lord allowed this experience to come to pass.
