hey, i might have yeast on my nipples. i've been using apple cider vinegar and water when i remember but usually she falls asleep after she nurses, and is sleeping on me so sometimes i forget. my nipples hurt a little but not real badbut the tips seem pretty red. so i'm thinking i might have that does anyone use anything besides acv? Thanks so mcuh

i can't see any in her mouth so that's good. my baby is almost 10 weeks old

I just went threw this. I did the vinegar/water solution and swabbed my nipples as often as I could. If you wear breast pads be sure they stay dry. I also was taking garlic and probiotics three times a day to up my good bacteria to fight off the yeast. It cleared up within a week. I also swabbed a baking soda/water solution in my baby's mouth....she did have a white patch in her mouth and that cleared up within the week too. I hope this helps.
