Which Exemption
Is Right for You?
You've chosen not to vaccinate, now which exemption should you use?
There are three to choose from, depending on which state you live in.
The medical exemption
is acknowleged by all states, as no legislator wants the burden that
kind of lawsuit would bring if a child got harmed from one because of
a bill he introduced. To take advantage of a medical exemption, you'll
need to have signed proof from your child's pediatrician, detailing
how the child would be harmed by each and every mandatory vaccine. If
you have a pediatrician that is willing to sign a waiver on the basis
of toxic levels of mercury, formaldahyde and other not-so-goodies being
TOXIC, please send me his name and phone number! Unfortunately I have
not yet met a doctor who has not been educated beyond toxic meaning
nothing other than toxic.
The philisophical
exemption
is grand. You don't believe in them? Okay! That's your right as an American,
and that gives you the right to refuse any of them you choose... depending.
Unfortunately, the fear of epidemics makes policy-makers see this issue
as a public health issue. Afterall, just because you're so irresponsible
to play Russian roulette with your child's health and life doesn't give
you the right to subject other people's children to all of those deadly
diseases. Many states do not offer this exemption.
The religious exemption
is widely used when the philisophical exemption is not allowed, as this
one is guaranteed by our constitution. You can even use this to get
an exemption from that horrific smallpox vaccine that
all of the sheeple are being forced to get. You may have to be quarantined
when the time comes that it's been released near you, but as I said
to some friends:
| Let me get this
straight- so while the rest of the country is poisoning themselves,
I get to stay healthy while being put up in some decent accomodations,
alone with my family, and we're all fed for free??? At the cost
of everyone else who's killing themselves??? SWEET!! |
To claim a religious exemption,
you do not need to be a member of a weird cult, as I was once convinced
anyone who would refuse such a great thing must be. Here are Webster's
definitions of a few things:
Religious
1 : relating to or manifesting faithful devotion to an acknowledged
ultimate reality or deity <a religious person> <religious attitudes>
2 : of, relating to, or devoted to religious beliefs or observances

ZEALOUS

b (1) : the service and worship of God or the supernatural (2) : commitment
or devotion to religious faith or observance
2 : a personal set or institutionalized system of religious attitudes,
beliefs, and practices
3 archaic : scrupulous conformity : CONSCIENTIOUSNESS
4 : a cause, principle, or system of beliefs held to with ardor and
faith
Faith
1 a : allegiance to duty or a person : LOYALTY
b (1) : fidelity to one's promises (2) : sincerity of intentions
2 a (1) : belief and trust in and loyalty to God (2) : belief in the
traditional doctrines of a religion b (1) : firm belief in something
for which there is no proof (2) : complete trust
3 : something that is believed especially with strong conviction; especially
: a system of religious beliefs
synonym see BELIEF
- in faith : without doubt or question : VERILY
As you can see, you can claim
a religious exemption whether you are Catholic, Seventh-Day Adventist,
Pentecostal, if you are a Messianic Jew or don't attend church at all.
If you are personally convicted that poisoning your body is a violation
of your faith in God, you can claim a religious exemption with a clear
mind.
Several exemption letters
are available on this site. No classification is given, as some could
easily fit into 2 or all 3 of the categories. To find out which are
allowable you will want to check out our Legal
Info page which details requirements by state and offers an official
copy of their exemption form if we could find one. If we don't have
your state's, you should be able to get one by calling your local health
department, in which case we would sure appreciate a copy!
